At Petlog, we receive over 2,000 enquiries each month. To make it easier for you to get the help you need, we've added a webchat feature to our platform (subject to availability). If you are a new Petlog customer from 13th January 2026 and would like to register a new microchip or complete a transfer of keepership, please log in or create your account. If you can't find what you're looking for on our website, our friendly customer service agents are available during business hours to assist you. For reporting lost and found pets, we have a separate 24/7 hotline dedicated to this purpose.
